Keep it realistic when trying to lose weight

Most people procrastinate and their starting points for dieting is always new week or in the new year. Dieters often start off with a great bang and after a month or two they suddenly realize that they are just not on the play anymore.Among the things that lead to the best dieting programs actually working is having solid goals set out for whoever uses them.

If you want to keep dropping weight you need to make sure that you keep to these goals. Setting goals are beneficial for a number of reasons. Setting goals is a wonderful measuring stick to track your progress when you follow an effective weight loss system.

Goals like these will keep you on your toes and make sure that you are following your diet properly. If you are not then you will quickly see that you need to probably make some adjustments. It is very difficult to continue when you don't have any way to see improvements It is also difficult to slim down if you don't have specific objectives. With precise goals it is the best way to establish whether or not you actually get the desired outcome in the end.

If you haven't got proper goals set for yourself it is extremely difficult to see if you have in fact made any progress or not, which brings me to the next thing I would like to discuss. If you want to achieve your primary goal, you should set a number of smaller very doable little goals that you can easily achieve.

You will not only lose weight, but also keep it off if you set yourself achievable small goals. By setting unrealistic goals you only set yourself up for failure. You will only end up disappointed and you are more likely to quit. You should however not set goals that are to easy to reach as they will not have any positive results. You are much more likely to quit if you don't see positive results on the diet system you are on and it is important to remember this. You should therefore make sure that you set yourself some realistic goals but that they also offer a decent challenge.

It is a good idea to have these goals put down in writing. You can also get a picture of someone who has your desired body shape and you can then keep this as a constant reminder. You should always look at your goals regularly to keep yourself motivated and to make sure you don't slip up.You should set the goals for yourself and don't let anyone else influence them or decide them for you. Reaching goals that you set for yourself is just so much more rewarding than reaching those set for you by someone else.

As no two people are the same, there would be different needs and goals for everyone. Motivation only will not guarantee you of results and some assistance in the form of something like appetite suppressants, for example authentic hoodia, can be very useful.

You should make sure that you only ever take proper natural food supplements like authentic hoodia. While you are busy losing weight, this is crucial so that your body doesn't miss out on any of the nutrients it needs.

Loads and loads

Loooooooads of work done now on skillpod online games. Making some good progress I think.

At the rate we are going now, we should start seeing some pretty little spikes in traffic over the coming two to four weeks.

Small little spikes to start off with... then the big jump in about 2 months.

After all of that... we will be the number 1 white label gaming platform in the world. The Brain would be so proud of me.

Coming together again

And everything working again. Thankfully.

Got dreamweaver working again. Got my content finished for the online baccarat part of Gambling Castle.

But what an unnecessary struggle with crap. Why can't things like PC's and other electronics not keep working for 20 or 30 years. I have a fridge outside that we use when people come over for a braai that is at least 30 years old.

Well the industry probably makes it money from knowing that every few years people will need to replace everything. Therefore durability is not essential.

Now I am okay and ready for my poker satellite tonight. It is for a seat to a prestigious tournament in neighboring Swaziland... Can't wait.

Getting back to the site updates... Will try to get the craps section done as far as possible this afternoon... and hoping hoping hoping that roulette is also finished tomorrow before my children have their athletics meet.

Will keep you posted.

A hick-up

By this time I was supposed to be finished with Baccarat and moving on to a new game, but...

Life happened. Yesterday morning started out great with my PC dying after 8 years (probably it's time).

Then I struggled to get as much information downloaded from my web-server as possible... Slightly more successful.

Then it was time to try and get dreamweaver to work on my laptop. NO SUCCESS.

But today was a new day. Dreamweaver still not working, but I was able write a load of content at least today about baccarat.

Hoping that I will have that up by lunchtime tomorrow. Then I would ideally like to complete at least craps or roulette before the weekend hits. If possible both.

Cause next week and the week after are the first two HECTIC ones. First off would be slots, then blackjack the week after. Will post the updates tomorrow

Online Keno

Well the online keno pages work... kinda... few messses but all is well now.

Tomorrow we move on to the baccarat pages. Hopefully I can get them all done tomorrow as well. If all of the small games are done and dusted by the end of the week I will be a very happy man.

Poker Time

Friday morning and there is going to have to be some poker played this morning. Let's see how it goes...

Playing some low limits and started with $100. In 3 hours time, let's see if we can at least double that one.

Then it is on to a few hours in the sun mowing the lawn after getting the kids.

Coming back to life

Not bad for a new version... Well I think so at least. Now there is the small task of re-writing and formating a load of pages. About 300 odd to get the basics covered... then on to the hard work.

Now it was the homepage for Gambling Castle and tomorrow I will hopefully finish the online keno part.

If that is finished then the other games can follow in next week. I must say. I am enjoying this site a hell of a lot. It has become one of my children and is in its 7th year now.

Has never reached it's potential, but this is the year...

Gambling Castle all over again

It is not like I haven't done this again and again and again before. However it was time to bring it back again. Into something that looks more impressive and looks like it is actually worth the paper it is written on (well the virtual paper in any case).

The new homepage is on it's way and I hope it is alive and kicking this afternoon. Let's wait and see... It is time that my dear Gambling Castle starts looking like it should... back to the former glory.
